Representative Rokeberg gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                               
HCR 23 (page 3146).

Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                  
reconsideration of HCR 23 be taken up on the same day.                                              
                                                                                                    
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative Davies placed a call of the House and lifted the call.                               
                                                                                                    
The following was again before the House in second reading:
